Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of SubCheckIt, a subscription-tracking app operated by Rolynwithpassion LLC, a Nevada-formed limited liability company, with a mailing address at 2108 N St #13071, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: support@subcheckit.com.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement, or have a parent or guardian’s permission where allowed. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. The service

SubCheckIt helps you manually track subscriptions and estimate future spending. We do not connect to your bank, verify provider charges, or cancel third-party subscriptions. Dates and estimates depend on your entries. Currency conversions use approximate reference rates. Alerts appear in-app and are not guaranteed to prevent charges. The service is not financial, tax or legal advice.

4. Free and Premium plans; automatic renewal

The Free plan lets you track up to 3 subscriptions. Premium offers unlimited subscription tracking for US$4.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Applicable taxes and any discounts are disclosed at checkout. Stripe processes card payments; SubCheckIt never stores card numbers.

Premium automatically renews monthly until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method US$4.99 each month, plus any applicable taxes and subject to disclosed discounts, unless you cancel before the next renewal. We will provide notice of material price changes as required by law.

5. Cancellation, payment issues and refunds

You can cancel Premium anytime: sign in to SubCheckIt, open your user menu, select Manage billing, and cancel your subscription in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; Premium access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. If you cannot access Manage billing, contact support@subcheckit.com for assistance.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time when you cancel. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off or refund rights. For billing questions or a legally required refund, contact support@subcheckit.com.

If payment cannot be collected, Premium may be restricted after applicable retry and notice periods.

6. Your information

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant us a limited right to host, process and display it solely to provide and protect the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Keep independent copies of information important to you.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, access another person’s account, interfere with security, distribute malicious code, abuse infrastructure, or attempt to bypass subscription limits or access controls. We may suspend abusive accounts to protect the service.

8. Intellectual property

The service’s branding, design and software belong to the operator or its licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell or misuse our intellectual property except as permitted by law.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free calculations. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Mandatory statutory warranties remain unaffected.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or third-party subscription charges. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time, cancel Premium through Manage billing, and request account deletion at support@subcheckit.com. Simply stopping use does not cancel your Premium subscription; cancel through Manage billing to stop renewals. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, legal requirements or security risks. We will provide notice where reasonably possible and required. Ending use does not automatically cancel subscriptions you track with third-party providers.

12. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these terms with appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, with disputes handled by the state and federal courts located in Nevada, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country.
