1. Who we are

SubCheckIt is a subscription-tracking app operated by Rolynwithpassion LLC, a Nevada-formed limited liability company, with a mailing address at 2108 N St #13071, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States (the “operator,” “we,” or “us”). 2. Information we collect

• Account information: your account email address, display name and authentication information. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we do not receive them in plain text.
• Information you enter: subscription names, prices, currencies, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories and trial status.
• Billing information: plan, payment customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and billing dates. Card payments are processed by Stripe; SubCheckIt never stores card numbers.
• Service information: in-app alerts, basic request and error logs, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and protect accounts, store your subscriptions, calculate estimates, display forecasts and alerts, administer billing, resolve problems and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where consent is required, we request it and allow you to withdraw it.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication and data services, and Stripe for payment processing. Providers process information necessary to provide their services. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Cookies and local storage

The service uses essential session cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in. These are necessary for account access. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

7. Retention and security

We retain account and subscription information while needed to provide the service. Some billing, security and legal records may be retained longer to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Deletion requests may be subject to legal retention requirements and backup retention.

8. International processing

Our providers generally process information in the United States, where the operator is located and where our hosting, authentication and payment partners maintain their primary infrastructure. Where information is transferred outside your country, we rely on transfer safeguards recognized by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, where required.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact support@subcheckit.com to make a request; we may verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Applicable California residents may have additional rights to know, correct and delete information and protections against discrimination for exercising those rights.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age for online consent in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
